Returns & Warranty

We hope you will love your Honoura jewellery, but if you have changed your mind, we understand.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy from when the order was placed.

All returns needs to be recieved back in our office by the end of the 30 days in order to be within policy.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging including jewellery box and pouch. Returns must be clearly labeled in the parcel with name and order number in order to be processed

Items that are not eligable for returns are the following:

- Earrings and Huggies for Hygiene reasons

- Custom, engraved or personalised items

- Gift Cards

- Sample Sale products

- Individual Products in Sets - these must be returned in the full set as was purchased

- Shipping charges, gift bags and gift cards are non refundable

We offer free UK returns on all items except Sale, the postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Requesting a UK Return

To arrange for a return/refund please contact us directly at hello@honoura.co.uk and provide us with your order number and proof of purhcase.

We offer free postage on all UK returns and will send you a return postage label to use (excluding sale items where the postage is the responsibility of the customer)

Please note that all refunds will only be honoured under the condition that the goods are returned in their original state - unworn and with all the original packaging

Please ensure you include a note within your return which states your name and order number.

Please ensure you post back your return to ensure it is received by us within the 30 day time period for the return to be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved.

If approved you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.

Requesting an International Return

To arrange for a return/refund please contact us directly at hello@honoura.co.uk and provide us with your order number and proof of purhcase.

Unfortunately we dont currently offer free returns on International orders.

We can take no responsibility for any return not arriving with us and without the product we will not be able to process a refund.

WARRANTY

Our Warranty

All our pieces come with a 1 year warranty excluding sale items


Our warranty supports repairing or replacing if the product is found to have a manufacturing fault, such defects usually occur within the first few times the piece is worn.


Please note our warranty does not cover loss or accidental damage, wear and tear, lost stones or broken chains, or damage from improper use or storage.

We require proof of purchase to activate the warranty such as order number or confirmation email

When contacting us please provide your order number, copy of receipt, description of fault and supporting images so that we can come back to you as soon as possible.

We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages incurred if our care methods are not followed.

Faulty Items

If you have any concerns about your jewellery or find you item to be faulty please contact us at hello@honoura.co.uk

When contacting us please provide your order number, copy of receipt, description of fault and supporting images so that we can come back to you as soon as possible.
