All our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

For all international orders will be you will receive an email with a tracking number via email with details of your courier

If your parcel doesn't arrive please contact us directly at hello@honoura.co.uk and we will investigate this for you and endeavour to solve the problem to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

It is standard with most couriers to allow 10 working days before they will confirm the status of a parcel as lost.

Once you have completed your purchase we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it.

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 48hrs of recieving them

All of our pieces are shipped in recyclable packaging in the form of a shipping box and tissue paper.

All our boxes have an unbranded exterior for privacy & security purposes.

All our styles come in a jewellery box and a storage pouch.

For all orders placed within the UK the retail price listed includes the VAT at the current rate (20%).

All International orders will be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges dependant on country. This cost is not included in the retail price and is therefore the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Parcels returned to us due to customers refusal to pay import charges will be subject to a £20.00 charge to cover additional shipping and import costs we incur

This will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will not be issued until parcels have been received by us
