Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy from when the order was placed.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, except where an exclusion applies (see non-returnable items below). In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day returns policy for eligible items, subject to the conditions outlined on this page.
All returns need to be received back in our office by the end of the 30 days in order to be within policy.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging including jewellery box and pouch. Returns must be clearly labeled in the parcel with name and order number in order to be processed.
Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

Earrings and Huggies for hygiene reasons, which are excluded from return once delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Bespoke, custom, engraved or personalised items

Gift Cards

Sample Sale products

Individual Products in Sets – these must be returned in the full set as was purchased

Shipping charges, gift bags and gift cards are non-refundable
To arrange for a return/refund please contact us directly at hello@honoura.co.uk and provide us with your order number and proof of purchase.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that all refunds will only be honoured under the condition that the goods are returned in their original state — unworn and with all the original packaging.
Please ensure you include a note within your return which states your name and order number.
Please ensure you post back your return within the 30-day time period for the return to be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved.
If approved you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We don't accept direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can arrange for the new item to be sent out to you.
Please contact us directly if you would like to arrange for us to hold the item whilst you await your refund to be processed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
